Settled on the couch and realized you are out? Or maybe you simply prefer not to add a dispensary run to a busy day. Getting cannabis delivered in Woodland Hills from The Vault takes a few steps. This guide walks first-time customers through the process.
Why Choose Delivery?
- Convenience. Browse the menu from home and check out online.
- Discretion. Orders are packaged discreetly and handed over professionally.
- The same menu. The online menu shows the same inventory as our Woodland Hills dispensary, from flower and edibles to vapes and concentrates.
Your First Delivery Order, Step by Step
Step 1: Check our delivery areas
The Vault delivers to Woodland Hills and surrounding communities. Our delivery page lists every area we currently serve, and checkout confirms eligibility for your exact address.
Step 2: Browse the live menu
Explore the live menu. You can filter by product category, such as flower, edibles, vapes, concentrates and pre-rolls, and by brand. Indica, sativa and hybrid labels are broad categories rather than guarantees of a specific experience, so compare the product label too. If you are unsure, our team is a phone call away at 818-436-2243.
Step 3: Add to cart and check out
Enter your delivery address and contact details at checkout. Available payment methods, any applicable fees and delivery timing for your address are shown during checkout.
Step 4: Confirmation
After you place your order, check your order confirmation for the current status and timing.
Step 5: Receive your delivery
Have your valid government-issued photo ID ready. You must be 21 or older for adult-use orders. The driver checks your ID before handing over your order.
Tips for a Smooth Delivery
- Order earlier for a specific time. Busy periods can affect timing.
- Keep your phone handy. The driver may need to reach you if they have trouble finding your address.
- Have your ID ready. It makes the hand-off quick.
- Ask us anything. Call our team with questions about a product or the delivery process.
